Meet Molly Rados

Driven by a passion for integrating sport and entertainment as powerful tools for enriching lives and fostering dynamic community engagement. Committed to creating immersive experiences that connect people, inspire participation, and leave a lasting impact.

I am originally from the Atlanta, Georgia area and have been located in Columbia, South Carolina since 2022. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Entertainment Management in 2025. Upon completing my Bachelors degree, I am pursing a Masters degree from the University in Sport and Entertainment Management.

Coming to the University, I was entering unfamiliar territory in a new state and a school with thousands of people that I did not know. The Hospitality, Retail, and Sport Management program helped me to push myself outside of my comfort zone by taking advantage of opportunities for work experience as well as connecting with others in the industry. Through the University program and work experiences, I have learned more about myself professionally and personally. As I continue my academic career, I hope to learn and grow within myself and my future career.

I have gained many skills, knowledge, and industry experience through studying in the classroom, as well as hands-on experiences outside of the classroom. I took my internship the summer after my freshman year. I then expanded upon volunteer and experience opportunities with many different organizations such as FanBasis, the Atlanta Hawks, MLB, and EPI Events.

This portfolio reflects the experiences, skills, and passions I have obtained and now possess through the sport and entertainment industry. My goal is to make a lasting impact on the industry and community today and when I complete my time at Carolina.
